As the dog fell, the girl collapsed on the road, prompting her mother to rush her to a nearby hospital in Kalwa. She was later transferred to Kalsekar Hospital for a CT scan but was declared dead.
The dog, after the fall from the Chirag Mansion building, was seen lying still on the road. It eventually managed to stand but sustained serious injuries and was taken to an animal hospital after being rescued.
The circumstances surrounding the dog's fall from the 5th floor, which led to the tragic death of a 3-year-old girl in Mumbra, remain unclear. Authorities are investigating to determine if the dog was intentionally pushed or thrown, or if it accidentally slipped and fell.
